FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Resident Physicians – What It Means for You
If your treating clinician is a resident, it means they are doctors completing a two-year residency program with us. During this time, they rotate through family medicine and other clinical areas to gain broad experience.
Because of their training schedule, your resident physician may sometimes have limited availability, and you may be asked to see another clinician at our center.
Rest assured, we have many other qualified clinicians available, and alternative options will be offered to ensure you continue to receive timely care.
2. Booking an Appointment
We encourage all patients to book appointments through their patient portal.
Appointment Availability:
Follow-ups: Available 14 days and 72 hours in advance
Urgent care: Available 24–48 hours in advance
Our call center agents and coordinators have the same access to appointments as shown on the portal. If no appointments are available, please check back the next day.
Urgent Needs:
For urgent medical needs, please use the “emergency appointment” option. This is not for routine checkups or follow-ups.
In true emergencies, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
Before Your Appointment:
Please bring an updated list of your medications.
Canceling an Appointment:
Appointments can be canceled through your patient portal or by calling the clinic.
3. Clinic Conduct:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse. Such behavior will not be tolerated.
